97 Cobra Turn signals malfunctioning

97 Cobra Turn signals malfunctioning
My 97 Cobra passenger side front turn signal is not flashing. I have checked and replaced the bulb as well as the flasher relay under the dash behind the fuse box. The bulb does light with the hazards. Also, when I turn the signal on for a right turn with the column switch, the falsher relay can be heard clicking, the rear bulbs turn signals flash, but the front bulb and the dash console bulb do not light. Does anyone have any ideas?
