Default 96 V6 Tbird Question

The car runs great most of the timel, but every once in a while it stalls out, it's getting more and more frequent. Heres the details:

It will crank fine, idle/drive at parkinglot speed fine, but when you to to accelerate to get up to speed with traffic it will bog down and stall out.

Anyone else had a similar problem? What should i check and how?

Oh yeah, the service engine light doesnt come so that means its not throwing a code right?

Thanks!

I know that, the big Mustang emblem in the corner kind of gives that away. I have a 2002 Mustang, thats the reason im a member here everyone's been very helpful with all of my Mustang questions.

Since the motor in the Tbird is the same as the one they put in the mustang that year maybe someone has had the same problem with their Mustang, and if not then maybe some one who knows more about engines than i do could help me out as they done before.
