Forgot to turn off my lights this morning at work... its 55 degrees at 6:30am probably doesnt help.... Come out for lunch at 1 open my door... press my clutch in to start the car and I hear BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR BOM BOM BOM BOM BEEBOO BEEBOO BEEBOO. Have never even heard my alarm... honestly didnt even know it had one. Have had the car since 94 and have never heard it. Anyone know how to shut this freakin thing off? Cars at work and wont crank and its just annoying trying to get it to start with that thing going off every 10 seconds.

In the past, when my battery was pretty much dead, my alarm would go off. This was an aftermarket alarm, not the Ford one - but it could be the same thing. Try disconnecting the battery until you can get someone to jump-start you.

Well i see im not alone! HA!.... Look for a button (mine is right under the steering wheel where my knees go and push it in and hold it until it goes off and "chirps".... Then next thing to do is well take it ti radio shack or somewhere and have them take it off... could cost aournd $100.

If you don't want the alarm system then just cut the wires to the siren horn for now. That'll shut it up
