Default stall ?

why would a 2800 stall only stall to about 2000 half throttle then you punch it and it not stall at all? it was just put inyesterday and could possibly be low of fluid little

Default RE: stall ?

A stall depends on the amount of torque an engine makes. A stall rated at 2800 rpm might stall at 3500 behind a big block torque monster but only 2000 behind your engine. Foot braking is not a way to test true stall speed, niether is flashing.
