Default '92 302 into 94 f150

Hey all, selling my current longblock to my boss possibly and was wondering how bad the swap would be into a 94 2WD F-150 that currently has a straight six in it.
Unsure if my boss would need a new K-Member and tranny at the moment.
I'm thinking maybe a new bellhousing? or would it bolt up to the 302.
Also, seeing how it's just a longblock I was thinking a more cost efficient route would be for him to go carb.
What would I need for a carb'd setup besides a lower manifold and the carb of course?
He's probably going to stay EFI, but it'd be nice to keep all options open.

best thing I can tell you is to go to the local Ford dealer and talk to the parts guy about what parts are different for the truck between it having a straight 6 versus a V-8. my guess is the motor mounts at least are different but have no idea about the K-member being different or not.
going with a carb would definitely be the easier route as you wouldn't have to find a EFI wiring harness and ECU to make the engine work with EFI. you would need a different fuel pump for the lower pressure at the carb as the EFI one puts out too high a pressure.
tranny might bolt up but don't know for sure on this either and due to the different lengths of the two motors, the driveshaft length may have to be changed as well. also don't know if the tranny for the 6 is rated to handle the torque output of the 5.0 V-8 either.

Ok, lets try this again....
BAM! Im right herre!!

First off, motor mounts should be the same, K-member! lol. Its not a Stang!

Trans i think are different. Because of the engines power. and powerbands.. Such as shift points If its automatic. Not sure if its 5spd. or Auto. The 5-speed should bolt right up. Bell housing may be different.

Personally i think Carb would be more of a pain. Throttle cable would be different, You need a different fuel pump like roundy said, lower levels of pressure, carb, intake, sensors would be different, like gauges and such.

Then again, if he puts the 5.0 in it, where is he gonna get the 92 Mustang GT PCM, wiring harness.. and such.. Just a few things to think about.
