Stang wont start in the cold
I have a 2000 GT Vert and recently moved to the Boston area. The car is garaged at home but twice at work it would not start at the end of the day after being left out in the cold for the day.
I the battery is new and I have tried to jump it just to check. The car does not seem to be getting any gas. A friend put a shot of ether in it and the engine would turn over. I am thinking that the cold is doing something to the factory anti-theft device that is shutting down the fuel pump. The first time this happened I pushed it into a bay and let it sit for 24 hours and then the car started. Any thoughts, I don't want to go through this all winter. Is there a way to disable the anti-theft?

However, now I have a 2nd car for winter...
Check the fuel pump or maybe you can check up with your ford dealer as to know how to disable the anti theft.
