Default I dont know what this is called

That little pan looking thing on the right side of the plenum...it looks kinda like a black pan...its on my 02 and its kinda rusty so i wanted to replace it

ifyour talking aboutbehind the master cylinder , than that is the brake booster .

edit : wait , you probably mean the EGR valve , it has a small vacuum line attached to the top .
