Default not a mustang but still a ford problem....

My brothers car won't start. When he tried to start it u just hear clicking. My guess was his alarm is all screwed up. Reason being is that the doors will lock, the trunk will open but the doors WON't unlock when u press the button. Also his horn is very dull when u press it in. the radio worked, and all the interior lights all worked.

Any suggestions?

yea stupid me.....i made the battery exempt as my first thought because the dealer told him the battery was brand new. guess they lied to him about that one. it was the battery though. don't ya just love when dealers sweeten the deal up.
