Default Engine codes

My car is throwing the code P1131 and 1151. The rpm's are running to around 2 grand then falling to about 800 by itself. It revs up and down without me touching the gas. When I am driving and take it out of gear to stop it takes forever for the rpm's to fall back down to normal. I replaced the MAF and it is still doing it. Help. Thanks. Does anyone know what these codes mean?

Being lean on both sides, I think it's time to check your fuel pressure. Maybe due for fuel filter.
