Default 2004 Mustang Gt / Exhaust question

Alright, I have a 2004 Mustang Gt, and right now I have stock exhaust on it, and I am wanting to get different, loud exhaust on it. I am thinking about Flowmasters, but is there a certain kind that would sound best? I've been looking on youtube videos of mustangs with flowmasters, and they have all this extra installation things that go with it, that I really don't know what it is. I just want a simple muffler that'll make it louder, and not one that will make it sound like a "tuner mustang". Understand what I mean??

If you have soundclips or whatever of flowmasters for one, let me hear it

American thunder series cat backs from Flowmaster sound pretty deep.
I just put PYPES X-pipe, and 2.5" system with violators on my 95GTS. I actually think it sounds even better!
HTTP://www.PYPESExhaust.comhas sound clips.
Check it out.
GL!

oh and I forgot,
Flowmaster 40 series are the best sounding I have heard from that brand, some liek MAC, but the quality of the mufflers is pretty crappy for my opinion.

Get a full cat back system with whatever exhaust brand you choose. Better airflow to the mufflers will increase the tone. After that isn't loud enough you'll want to replace the midpipe. Factory pipes are 2.25 inches all the way back aftermarket catbacks are 2.5 inches for better airflow. Also streetfire.net has tons of videos you can checkout. Good luck with your decision which ever brand you choose.

As you see I have SLP also but i didn't want to push the product there seems to be alot of SLP haters around the forums. Personally I love SLP and their even better with an aftermarket midpipe.

I don't really mind what I get, as long as it's loud.

But I checked out the SLP's on Youtube, and didn't like how it sounded. Made it sound like a tuner car.
