Default #7 Cylinder misfire

My 06 GT convertible with only 23K miles started running poorly today and the Check Engine light illuminated. Just stopped at Advanced Auto and it's throwing diagnostic code P0307 which I am told means #7 cylinder is misfiring.

Do I simply replace spark plug first to see if that fixes the issue or always change plug and coil pack?

Do I change all 8 just to be safe? My car has a FRRP racing cam, L/T headers, CAI intake and a customer tune.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks
