Default Duralast Marine Battery - In Car?

Hello i got an Duralast Marine Battery ( Duralast / 12 Volts, 1000 CA Marine Dual Purpose Battery, Deep cycle battery.)
Can i use that in car?
It will be better than normal battery?

If it will fit, it will work, but generally marine batteries are too big to fit.

I run a Blue Top marine battery in my lifted F-150, but i do it because it has those auxillary terminals with the butterfly nuts which work great for my winch.
