drum to disc conversi

hey i was wondering if anyone knows how hard it would be to convert the rear drum brakes in my 95 stang to disc, also how much would it cost and how long would it take, any imput is apreciated, thanks

you can get junk yard stuff really cheap...and don't let the words junk yard bother you
