Default New Fuel Filter

I've been getting semi-bad MPG lately and I suspect it might be my fuel filter. Even if it's not my fuel filter I still think it's time for a new one. I have a $50 gift cert. for Advanced Auto Parts and I'm going to go there today or tomorrow and get a bunch of oil and a new fuel filter.

I have three options for a new fuel filter:
Purolator for $8
Fram for $13
Wix for $19

Is it better to spend the extra money and get a Fram or Wix or does it not make a difference? Whats the benefits of spending the extra money?

Go to ford and buy a ford filter. Save the g/c for cleaning crap and oil.

Surprisingly enough I checked my Tires and they are all actually exactly right, or a bit high...

I highly doubt its my air filter because I just put a K&N Air filter in about 5K miles ago and I never drive gravel or anything. I'll check my K&N anyways! :P

I really dont know what else it could be other than the Fuel filter though... I'm driving more conservative than I've ever driven my Mustang and I'm getting about equal (or maybe just a HAIR better) MPG then what I was getting when I abused the crap out of the car.
