Default Mark VII suspension

I just purchaced an '89 Mark VII, and am very excited about it. This will be my first Ford, V8, nice car, etc., and I'm really looking forward to making it my own. I had it up on the lift today at work, and noticed that pretty much every bushing on the car has dry rotted, which I'd expect from an '89 anything, so suspension will be my first order of business. My question is, since I'm looking to go with poly bushings, what parts to I choose for this vehicle? It seems to be a bastard child, sharing parts from all fox bodies including the mustang and the thunderbird, though I think it's more closely related to the latter. Most companies don't seem to offer parts for a Mark VII, but there are plenty of suspension goodies for the Thunderbird, so do I choose Thunderbird suspension parts from a year that matches my car, or will mustang parts work just as well?
