Um, first turn off the traction control, if you have that option... second, put the car in 1st gear and rev the engine to 4-5 thousand rpm.. third let the cluch out.. As the car begins to spin, place your left foot on the brake.. You have to do it quick, but dont apply too much pressure.. Hold the the throttle around 5k and enjoy.. If your going to do this, Id do it in an area where you have room until you get used to controlling the car.. Dont crash your new GT, trying to be cool... That wouldnt be cool at all... lol
well, that couldnt have been too long, seeing as how youve been here maybe a month tops.

to do a burn out with an auto car, first stop the car. Hold the reak down just enough th keep the car from moving. nail the throttle and if you wanna sit still and roast the tires press the break harder so you wont roll, if you wanna do a long rolling burn out just floor it and slowly let off the break. make sure traction control is off or you will get wheel hop and the engine with cut off fuel. its pretty simple

Here is a little vid taken from inside my truck.

This 1st method is a bit easier on the truck/car but it's not easy to reach both pedals with your right foot in all cars.

2nd way is a bit of a commitment. If your tires grab, you'll stall and be left sitting there like a moron.

Save the flames on the wimpy burnout. It's in my truck and I only did the vid as a demo. I was not interested in wearing out my tires.
