Default If you could do it all over again.. V6, V8?

I've looked across various sites for a few months and have a lot of links and leads. For an 08, new, I'm paying around 20k for a V6 and 28k for a GT.

If you could do it all over again would you pay the extra 8k for the V8/GT?

Is the V8 really that much more powerful than the V6?

Would you buy the V6 and upgrade to the V8 to save money?

Was reading where a small number of people upgraded there V6 to V8s. Although they said it was a challenging process I was wondering if they did so to save money.

No way in hell I would own another v6 mustang. No a v8 isn't worth 8 more grand new IMO but thats why I don't buy new cars.

Once you decide on a model and year of car. ALWAYS pick the top engine!

If you want a 6 cylinder car. Go buy a Taurus or something.

I've had both a V6 and V8 mustang, and the V8 wins hands down. Go for it!

If you can afford the V8, insurance, etc. get the V8.

I bought a V6 2001 convertible that I drove for 6 years as a second "fun car", and one year in I wished I would bought the GT. I sold the 6 in Oct 07 and bought an 05 Gt vert in Dec 07... never looked back. Oh, and in feb 09, added a supercharger. I can't believe I drove the 6 for 6 summers.....
