I own a 2008 Mustang coupe. I would like to get larger tires.
How large can I go and still be street legal in Minnesota?
Will larger tires require larger wheels as well or not?

I'm pretty sure you can go as wide as you want regardless of your location. If you have factory 17" or 18" rims, the absolute biggest tire you can squeeze on there is a 275. However, if you were to buy a 10" or 10.5" wide rim, you could go as high as putting a 315 wide tire on the back
