Default Just got a 2010 gt and want to add some cheap upgrades

It's red candy(I'm not sure if that's different than just candy red). Right now I do not have a lot of money. The wheels are 18 inches and I'm not sure what kind of rims I would need to buy for them. Not that I can afford it now but I want the black bullit rims.

I'm not sure what size I can get, but I would like to know for future reference. =)

Also in the mean time for cheap advice, I'm considering getting vinal racing stripes in black. There are vinal pin stripes on the side that look yellowish, not bad at all; might take those off though. Any input on things i can add around the 100 dollar area would be greatly appreciated. =)

Just to be clear- you're referring to 'cheap' exterior mods? Wheels and tires aren't going to be cheap, especially if you consider the hassle of possibly swapping (and/or programming) the TPMS setup.

Anything vinyl- lemans stripes, super stripes, rockers stripes, pit stripes, etc., are going to be cheap (compared to paint).

In my opinion, the only thing a 2010 Mustang needs is to paint the large black plastic trim around the lower edge of the car (front and rear bumpers, and rocker panels)

An axleback system would be my only suggestion. Any sort of CAI requires a tune, except BBK, so that's out. Wheels will run you 1k-1500 easy.

Suggestion if you want black rims, consider having the stock rims powder coated or painted by a bodyshop. If you want racing stripes try and go with good vinyl like 7 or even 10yr , if they make it. The stripes will peel and chip with weather and washing.
