Question Electrical Help

Heres the deal I got an 85 GT 5.0 4bbl for my son so we can wrench on it as a father/son project.

The guy I got it from was going to make a strip car out of it and did a fantastic BUTCHER JOB on the electical system. I tryed to search but got really tired of soooo many threads and getting crosseyed I thought I would see if anyone can help me further. Everything under the dash is OMG FUBARED.

Under the hood the same thing TOTAL FUBAR. All the wires are there, I think.

Does anyone know where I can get a wiring schematic for this car? If I have to I will pay for it. I just really need to get this car running!!!

Mods if this is in the wrong section please move to the right one. Thanx

THANX GUYS AND GALS

all the manuals that you can buy at the chain parts stores sell the Chiltons or Haynes manuals that have complete wiring diagrams. The also have some good basic maintenance and repair instructions.
