Default Cobra intake manifold on a 94 5.0 stang question

my friend just got a brand new cobra intake manifold for his birthday and he is planning on putting it into his 5.0..i dont know much about stang motors so question is do we need to get it machined to fit or is it a bolt on process. also can anyone tell me what the order bolt on and remove the bolt and the torque settings when bolting it on

Bolt tightening sequence

Back of Intake

7-----8
3-----2
11----10
9-----12
1-----4
5-----6

Front of Intake


They should be at 15 ft-lbs, do it in 2 passes.

He also going to need the elbow adapter, unless he got the 94-95 Cobra specific one.
