hey guys, new to the forum, first thread. thanks in advance for any help. i have a 94 Mustang with a 351w bored .40 over, e cam, edelbrock performer intake, holley 600cfm carb and a little head work. not quite sure what head work it actually has. Anyways, the car was originally a V6 auto and im not quite sure what the factory rear end gear is but i get the feeling i can gain alot from a change. Any suggestions on what gear i should run with this engine? I use the car as a weekend driver and run it at the local drag strip (which is only an 1/8th mile). Like i said, thanks alot for any help.

if you don't drive it every day and you want it to be quick get a spool and 411'si got a 93 lx with a spool and 411 i'm trying to get my 351 in and it's quick even with the little 2.3 in it
ok, thanks for the input guys. and would that still be the best gear to run since this engine doesnt turn very high rpms? and where can i find a spool for it? i typed it in on summit and jegs website and it just brought up cross pins and rear end assembleys. thanks again.
btw. it doesnt get driven much, maybe once or twice a weekend.
