Default 94 mustang 351w...rear end gear help

hey guys, new to the forum, first thread. thanks in advance for any help. i have a 94 Mustang with a 351w bored .40 over, e cam, edelbrock performer intake, holley 600cfm carb and a little head work. not quite sure what head work it actually has. Anyways, the car was originally a V6 auto and im not quite sure what the factory rear end gear is but i get the feeling i can gain alot from a change. Any suggestions on what gear i should run with this engine? I use the car as a weekend driver and run it at the local drag strip (which is only an 1/8th mile). Like i said, thanks alot for any help.
