lsc brakes fit onan 86 gt?

i have a 1987 lincoln mark 7 lsc. can i use any parts for my 1986 mustang gt ?. im going to strip the lincoln for all its worth.

you can put the lsc rearend in it, it has disc brakes and I think 342 gears but you will have to get five lug wheels

i have some 17x9 cobra 5 lugs that i bought for the lincoln. the lincoln will be sacrificed to the GT. can the front rotors go on with out much modification?
