Hi,

Id look at the IACV to start with, checking for functionality. Is the CEL on by chance?

Does it act like a manual transmission that you don't push the clutch in when you come to a stop? If so, it could be a torque converter clutch stuck on. This can be caused be a bad TCC switch or a bad torque converter.
