Default Looked and didn't find the answer but how long to dry an air filter?

The only thing that's been easy to do today was clean my air filter. Its a cone style S&P airfilter, came with my CAI. Used a K&N Cleaner kit.

Its currently drying in the sun and the breeze.

Its been out there a couple of hours.

How long do these usually take to dry before oiling? 24 hours? 12? 72? LOL The directions with the kit didn't mention how long it would take. Just said: Wait until dried thoroughly before oiling.

Until it's not wet anymore. LOL!

Seriously, it shouldn't take more than about an hour.
