i have a 96 3.8 .....whats the easiest way to replace the heater core,does the whole dash need to come out or?
i havent had time to look at it yet,and im wanting to start on this in the morning sometime.
just wondering if any one else has replaced one and if they had any problems with removal or the install....thanx

Had to replace the heater control solenoid I think in my 98. It was in the heater box behind the glove box, from the looks of it a heater core will suck.
