OOO Before the wolves get to you first, the throttle body spacer is a worthless piece of metal. In theory, it would work on a car with a carburetor... but someone with more knowledge on this would have to explain the whys and wherefores.

The rest of what you wanna do looks great.

And welcome to Mustang Forums!

Is this your first Mustang, by the way?

welcome to the forums, I think the t-body spacer is worthless as stated above, now a GT500 t-body might be worth a few ponies. I just go my gears, didn't put them in yet, and I also plan to do long tubes over the winter. I think I will be doing JBA long tubes, everyone swears by the Kooks or ARH headers, but they are so super expensive...

Welcome...+1 on the throttle body spacer...the rest sounds like a good idea...looking to do much the same to my GT/CS.
