Default 2001 cobra w/ 2003 cobra hood

i want to put 2003 cobra hood on my 2001 cobra. i've been doing some reading and read that it will not fit because the 2001 hood is longer so there would be a gap with the 2003 hood. does anyone know anything about this or have done this yourself?

There shouldnt be any issues. the 99-01 cobra hood is the same as the 03-04 v6 hood and the sixxer guys are running the terminator hoods with no problems. All the body panels are interchangable throughout the new edge generation.

i dont think so. pretty sure there is an inch or so gap. it can be fixed though.
