Default Driving 2800 miles, preventive maintenance I should take?

I just came back home after being gone for about 6 months due to military duties. I am home for a week than driving to my next duty base 2800 miles away. I need to know what I should replace/fix before my long drive as I'll be driving from Maryland to California and need to be there within a 5 day period after my week of leave. I have an 01 v6 mustang with 100k miles, manual. i just turned on the car and it was shakey for the first 30 seconds but it seems fine now. besides an oil change, what other maintenance should i do and any guestimate on what it's gonna cost me?

when was the last time you changed your plugs also take the battery in to your local auto parts store and have them test/charge it and check tires make sure tread is good and they are inflated properly also id keep a bottle of fix flat just incase also id replace the wiper blades and rain-x the windshield rain gets pretty nasty in the midwest
