67 Project Thread
Thought I would share my project thread. Its a 67 Coupe I bought this past June. Great running/driver for $5,000 and most importantly a solid canidate for a restomod. Very minimal metalwork needed, no real rot at all. I'm starting with the engine and engine compartment.
Got the inner fenders/rad support striped and coated.
Engine: 68' 302 with 351W heads, high duration cam and a bunch of shiny goodies. Mated to a T5 and a 9" rear.
Headman long tube headers:

Not sure, I dont know what it has now.
At 65mph she purrs around 12-1300rpm...Nice for long hwy drives...not so great for launches
I would guess somewhere in the 3.60 range, not shure of the T-5 overdrive ratio. I'm sure somebody on here is better with this then I am.
Car gets damn near 20mpg on the hwy...well it did, I just installed the highrise manifold and with the rest of the plans I'll be lucky to get 10.

Oh BTW, I will have a TON of leftover parts. Let me now if any of you need anything (whole front clip (going shelby) rims/tires various engine parts, proformer 289 intake ect....Virtually every piece is being replaced of a totaly working driver. The parts are used, but "well tested".
