Do 99+ convertible seatbelts fit in a 97 convertible?

Do 99+ convertible seatbelts fit in a 97 convertible?
I finally found a nice set of seatbelts for a convertible. My drivers side belt is fraying. I had to burn it to secure it from fraying worse. I cant imagine that they would be any differnt since the interiors are almost identical, but I would hate to buy the wrong ones?? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks!
