I have a 1979-85 mustang notchback, and I just picked up a 1988 GT front bumper,rear bumper, and side skirts, with 2 doors.
I have seen a 1979 mustang with a 1987-93 front clip (front bumper, fenders) on it ... so now my question is, is it fairly easy and just like putting the 1987-93 body parts on a 1985 mustang ?

I have seen this done to several mustangs.
The reason why I am asking is because on my mustang the whole body is basically trashed, except for the doors, it was hit in the front by a tractor so the hood is bent and the top of the front bumper, probably an easy fix for the bumper but my friend gave me 1988 mustang GT parts so I would like to put those on.
any advice or websites is most appreciated.
