Yeah, definitly get the seats right for you. I ran CR1s in one of my fox bodies, and they were too wide for me. I tried Forzas in a few others and liked them, but went A4 in the Roush so I could fold the seat down. A4 fits my 28" waist perfectly.

Here is a picture of the Mustang adapters. It would be really easy to make your own and move the seat back more.
