my T45 in my mustang GT is making chattering noises sometimes in neutral and is hard to get it in all gears i had a new clutch put in it recently and ive heard the quadrents go bad in these things leave me a message if you have any ideas about this
What kind of clutch did you have put in? If it's stage II or above, it's most likely made out of Kevlar and is going to take some time to break in. I had a Spec stage II clutch installed, and now after about 1,000 miles of easy driving around town, the chatter is smoothing out. I also spent an additional two c-notes and bought an aftermarket quadrant with a cable adjuster that mounts on the firewall. Best two hundred bucks I ever spent!
