i know the t-56 and the t-45 will bolt up to the same bell housings i got the t-56 just to have the 6th gear. my neighbor baught my t-45 off of me i said this is the miles on it this is the service record you know changing the fluid to straight synthetic he knew i rarely drove it do to every one in my area didnt know how to drive. it only had 36,500 on it. he gave me the price of the rebuild on minuse the shipping. i do love the added gear to help with the distance drive.

Hey Barbdwire,

What kind of clutch did you have put in? If it's stage II or above, it's most likely made out of Kevlar and is going to take some time to break in. I had a Spec stage II clutch installed, and now after about 1,000 miles of easy driving around town, the chatter is smoothing out. I also spent an additional two c-notes and bought an aftermarket quadrant with a cable adjuster that mounts on the firewall. Best two hundred bucks I ever spent!
