Default Mechanical Fuel Pump or Electric Fuel Pump?

Hi all. My boyfriend is building a 1990 Mustang LX, 5.0L. I want to order him a fuel pump, as it is one of the last few parts needed. I am on Summitracing.com and I noticed there are different options for fuel pumps:
Electric In-Tank, Electric External, and Mechanical. I have no clue what to order. Id really appreciate some advice. Thank you so much.

This is one option I was looking at, but it seems as if some modification may be needed in order for this fuel pump to be installed and I dont think he wants to modify anything for a fuel pump, thanks again =)

Haha, get him a 255lph in tank electric fuel pump. I'm sure he'll be more than happy.
