Question Baking "wrinkle" painted valve covers???

So I just painted my valve covers with black "wrinkle" paint and is says to let sit for 24-48 hourse to cure. Then it says "for paint to cure bake in oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees".....Im confused. Do you let it sit in the sun and cure or do you bake the damn things?

Thanks,
Mathew
