Squeal noise from rear end. detailed description :)
So my 2000 Mustang V6 has been making a weird noise lately... it's definitely from the rear but i can't tell which side since the noise tends to travel a lot when i'm listening for it
Things i noticed:
-Does not happen if the car sits for a couple hours until driven a couple miles
-happens mostly at low speeds, from a roll up to about 15mph
-Once it starts when i apply the brakes it doesn't happen
-after a lot of driving it starts making the noise with the rate of the wheel intermittently
-when i pull the E-brake i can feel a vibration when the noise cuts in, and if i pull up harder the noise will go away
-recently replace rear brake pads... with semi-metallic pads
