2001 Fuel Injector Replacement
#2
Injectors are easy. Relieve the fuel pressure. Remove the bolts for the fuel rails. Clean around the injectors under the fuel rails before removing. Working one at a time disconnect the plug on the injector you wish to pull, pull the fuel rail off the top of the injector, pull injector from motor, rinse repeat. Make sure you have the area clean of debris before lubrcating the O rings on both sides of the injector and popping them back in. All that holds them in is the fuel rail and the O rings. No need even to disconnect the fuel lines.

You do this by pulling the fuel pump relay and turning the car on. Let it run till it dies on its own. That way you know all the pressure is out of the lines before you pull the injectors. IF you skip this step you'll get a nice spray of fuel all over the motor (and potentially in your eyes/mouth) when you full the injector/rail.
I'd also advise taking a picture of everything, including the wire routing, before starting so you have a reference for how it should go when putting things back together.
