Default is it an air to fuel problem?

i have a 2002 mustang gt. recently i have started to mess with my tuning program and im wondering if i should increase my idle or just change my air/fuel ratio. the only problem is when i start going...getting on the gas is just fine but starting slow it bogges way down...so idk whats gonna give me the better performance?

Step one, put the tuner down. Step 2, take it to a good tuner shop and have it put up on a dyno and have them tune it properly based on the dyno results. Blindly changing settings in your tune is a bad idea and you could easily mess something up.
