Hard to say by the two pictures. I paid about that much for my 01 GT convertible with 58k on it.
Leather? Power? other options? How does it look underneath? You're in KY? Did it come from up north? Winter driving etc....

Looks like a clean stang. Last year for that model too, "end of the run" model years tend to be more pricey. As long as the motor and trans are in solid shape, I see it. Offer $7,500 like blue said and go from there.

If it checks out, get it. Then it would be time to have some fun changing it around, with add ons. Since it looks stock and hasn't been messed with, and lower miles it probably is in decent shape. I hope it works out for you. I've had my '03 GT 9 years now, and never regreted a day.
