Radio Malfunction

My brand new 2013 V6's radio decided to malfunction today...The buttons for all the audio aspects do not work and the only thing the radio display is showing is the word "MUSTANG" in the center and the exterior temp. Any ideas what caused this??

I really don't know, but if its brand new shouldn't it be under warranty?
