Need Help 1993 cobra Mustang
Hi i'm new to this forum and was hoping to find some help in regards to my new toy. I recently bought a 1993 cobra and changed the oil on it first thing, when I changed the oil there were metal pins / fragments of metal that came out the front of the oil pan (see pic link below) the metal was attached to the magnet of the oil plug. Could this be a part of my rocker arm assembly or perhaps even worse and maybe have come from the piston rods etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys!

Thanks Mike T. That seems to be the common consensus from other people ive talked to as well. The car is not my daily driver but should i have any major concerns with running it "lightly" every now and then i.e need to drive it to get safety inspection Would you by chance have any good recommendations for a decent replacement rocker arm set? It has the gt40 heads if that makes any difference at all? Thanks Man!

Thanks Mike T! When you say fall apart, you meen the motor or the rocker? Pardon my stupidity but i haven't messed around under the hood of a car since my old 90 mustang back in high school. Thanks again for your help and advice!
I did just change the oil again and pulled out about 12 or so more those needle pins from the oil pan with a magnet. Hopefully I was able to get a majority of them out of there.
Is there anyway to try and flush the system out? I parked on a downhill incline and drained the oil pan hoping that i could push everything out for the most part...
