Default When changing out of park the indicator doesnt change location

It stays at park and doesnt move to drive or R like it should

If you feel up to it, try taking the shifter assembly out of the car and cleaning it. By the looks of the picture, something could have easily gotten into the shifter and be stopping the indicator from sliding.

Question, I tried taking out the center console to replace my radio and also take a look at that, but I can't get the e-break to go up at all I have to use all my force and it still doesn't move up, it says its on but barley moves.

Any help? I can't take the center console piece off with out that up.

Sounds like your ebrake cable needs to be loosened, its in the armrest bin
