Unhappy Boss intake = brakes not as good?

After installing a Boss intake manifold on my 11 GT the brakes don't seem as good. Is it just me or did I mess something up?

Only thing I can think of is double check your brake booster vacuum line and your vacuum supply line on the intake

I found out that auto cars need to change the brake booster check valve to a manual one and remove the vacuum line on the CAI. I guess that mekes sense since all Boss 302's are manuals. Bill
