how hard is it to install window louvers?

how hard is it to install window louvers?
thinking of getting some off americanmuscle.com, they rate it as a 'easy installation'.
however, they also rated window tinting as easy, which almost led to me rage breaking my mustang
should i just try to find a body shop? the louvers are 299$ how much would you think a body shop woud charge to install?
also what do you guys think of them? don't hear em discussed much but they look so cool to me!

I had our louvers on my 2007 GT for 4 years without any problems at all! Track passes, Cross country cruises, daily driver in all weather...
