2004 GT Conv - rear 1/4 window problem

2004 GT Conv - rear 1/4 window problem
Does anyone have a clue why the rear 1/4 windows would go down and will not go back up?
Have tried following:
-Putting the top up and down - tried raising windows in both positions
-Front windows work fine
-Rear window switches show power draw on down activation but no power draw on up activation on either switch
-Both 1/4 windows went down but will not raise up
Is there an interlock switch for the top that cuts power to the up window function?
