well IF you have the mach 460, they are in the trunk. when you pop the trunk, look up under the lip inside the trunk below the rear window.
but you can't just replace those amps with aftermarket ones. if your going from mach 460 to a full on aftermarket setup, you need to ditch the head unit, speakers, and the amps and get all new stuff.
if you don't have the mach 460, then replace the HU, speakers and throw an amp in.

Yea I forgot to mention, I'm not going to replace the factory amp, just tone it down because i already got a much better amp for the car. So i don't want to pop the bass/amp or whatever that comes with the Car. Just tone it down or remove the wires completely.
