Over the years I have found that cheap tires are not good and good tires are not cheap. If you want something just to hold air and let your car roll in both directions then either brand would work.Personally, for a car that can go over 140 mph I would save my money and get a good speed rated brand name tire.

I had some kumho's on my 92 mustang. I loved them. I would put some on my 88 but I plan on buying some rims and don't want to spend the money on tires that I might only have for about 3 months. I use to live in Seattle and the Kumho's did great in the rain.

I've had my car to 145 and had to let off due to lack of suitable highway.I would hate to let someone outrun me because of the fear that my tires might let go if I didn't slow down.

I have a set of kumho's on my cobra and I'm pretty happy with them for a cheap tire
