gt40 heads. do i have to use loc-wire gaskets?
i am about to put my heads back on, and i open the gasket kit i bought from ford motorsport. they are felpro gaskets, but they dont have the lock wire that the gaskets im replacing had.
the heads have a groove for the loc-wire.
car use to have a blower, but not anymore.
so, no big deal to use the regular gasket or do i need the loc-wire?
